Privacy
Yorke Labs is operated by Yorke Limited, a company registered in New Zealand. This page describes how we handle the personal information you share with us through this website.
What we collect
When you submit the contact form on this site we receive: your name, email address, the company or project name you provide, a description of the work you'd like to discuss, the work types you've selected, your budget preference, and your timeframe. We don't use cookies for tracking. Aggregate visitor analytics are processed by Cloudflare in a way that does not identify individuals.
Why we collect it
The information you submit is used solely to evaluate and respond to your enquiry. We do not share it with third parties for marketing, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.
Service providers
Your submission is processed through:
- Cloudflare — hosts this site, provides the bot-detection challenge that protects the form, and runs the small Worker that delivers your submission.
- Resend — delivers the email containing your submission to our inbox.
These providers act on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy commitments. Submissions are stored briefly in their systems for delivery; once received in our inbox, the email lives in standard email infrastructure.
Retention
We keep enquiries for as long as they're useful — typically while we're in active conversation, or as a record of past discussions. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us to confirm what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email simon.yorke@yorke.company with the subject line "Privacy request" and we'll respond within a reasonable timeframe. Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (where applicable), you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority.
International transfer
Cloudflare and Resend operate globally; data may be processed outside New Zealand. Both providers maintain compliance frameworks (including GDPR and SOC 2) for the regions they serve.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update this page. The date below shows when it was last revised.
